HAVE (Hose Assembly Visual Evaluation)
The purpose of this presentation:
•    To highlight the importance of checking hose, couplings and adaptors. It’s a safety issue, and something that is often overlooked.
• To demonstrate signs of potential failure. We’ll show you what to be on the lookout for.
    • To provide advice for installation and maintenance. We want to give you the tools to allow your hydraulic hoses the best chance of a reasonable service life.
 
HALP® (Hose Assembly Lifespan Predictor)
• RYCO Hose Assembly Lifespan Predictor – HALP® is a program that predicts the lifespan of hose assemblies for given conditions and environments
• RYCO HALP® aids in determining when to economically carry out preventative maintenance and replace hose assemblies BEFORE they fail. By being proactive, HALP® assists in risk management and helps to prevent fluid injection injuries.
• HALP® also incorporates an integral hose assembly database. (A record of the components used within a hose assembly, and the ultimate location of where that assembly has been used).
 
Hosted Training Sessions
• RYCO provide on-site training to ensure that personnel are aware of their responsibilities and are competent in the use of our products. Training ensures that users have the confidence to select, assemble, and to safely apply our products.
