Our Maintenance Supervisor, Michael Bester, celebrates 20 years of service this year!

Michael has had two stints at RYCO. The first back in 1992 for nine years, and the second returning to the RYCO family in 2002.

Colleagues see Michael as the go-to person for all things maintenance at Derrimut HQ. Michael has always worked within the Maintenance space and when asked about the evolvement of his role Michael stated, “it is a different world now to when I started.”

RYCO Mr Fix It Man – Michael loves and enjoys building and fixing things. He recently completed a 2-year project building a Shipping Container house in his spare time. When he’s not at work, Michael’s either building something or is enjoying the great outdoors.

With Michael’s commitment, experience, and diverse interests, we would like to extend a big congratulations to him on achieving this milestone.
